Sounds like somebody needs a chiropractor!!
I was speaking at Easter last year... having a Friday-night service... woke up Friday morning with the same thing and panicked... I couldn't go on stage in front of that crowd looking like that!
Someone recommended this hole-in-the wall chiropractor... office looked like an Austin Powers set (total 60's, man!!) told him my prob, his assitant gave me a 30-minute massage, then he snapped my neck, I iced for an hour, paid cash, voila!!
Couple of hours later- no crick...
