First Ever HodgeCast!
It's here folks. I have no idea how it happened, but I figured it out! It's the first ever scotthodge.org podcast (a.k.a. hodgecast). I'm not sure how often you should expect these, but I'll aim for once a month for now. Enjoy!

Considering all your readers, I can't believe I'm the first person to comment on your podcast. It was a choice between reading my copy of FastCompany mag that came in today and listening to your podcast. I did both; a little multitasking never hurts. I enjoyed the podcast, how about a little more music in the next one? Thx for the reading recommendations, I'll check them out. Great job... looking forward to the next one.

Not bad, more background music would be nice. I liked the fact that you had podcasts & book recommendations.

Awesome charter podcast. Makes me want to do one. Wish my voice wasn't so "micky mouse" and more James Earl Jones... Looking forward to listening to future podcasts.

So funny to hear your voice ~ a great voice BTW. You could be on radio :) Enjoyed the information and music. The 'be right back' moment made me laugh. Where did you go? What were you up to? Important question: Did the lights ever come back on?
Looking forward to next month. Do you think you could perhaps give your coffee a stir (and clink the side of the mug with your spoon) during the next podcast so we really know it's you?

I'm in SC for the Army's Chaplain Officer Basic Course, so I'm stuck on dial-up internet access :( I'll let you know after the download is complete...2 hours from now!

Scott - excellent website! i am also passionate about having more great managers in organisations - even though I'm from the UK; so if you have the time take a look at my webite and let me know what you think (good or the not so good) - keep up the good work and say hi to Amy from Minneapolis for me!
